The Mer group is majority owned by Norwegian Statkraft, Europe’s largest renewable energy producer.Here you will be part of shaping tomorrow’s EV charging experience and being part of creating Europe’s best and most customer-centric EV charging provider – come join us to shape the journey ahead!Key activities will amongst others be:You are responsible for the intuitive usability of our EV software solutions and products.You gather requirements side by side with product managers to design and optimize the corresponding interfaces for our customers.As part of a cross-functional product team you're working closely together with product managers and developers, you define wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, usability concepts and designs and ensure that these are implemented accordingly.You are talking to users, consolidating findings and using these gained insights and other data points to influence the product for the better.In user tests with our customers, you validate more complex usability concepts and optimize them in an iterative process.We think you have a profile like this:You have successfully completed a degree in IT or a comparable qualification.You have already gained some experience in release or project management and enjoy coordinating different teams.You are familiar with the operation of information systems, system analysis or development.You have already acquired knowledge of software development and DevOps practices.You have experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD Tools.You are strongly interested in leading projects to completion and work in a solution-oriented manner.You describe yourself as a real team player and also enjoy working independently.You are a talented communicator and have excellent analytical skills.You can handle tight project timelines.What can you expect from us?Open and team-oriented working culture.We offer you a greatdevelopment potential and the opportunity to exchange ideas with our other European locationsA good balance between working in the office and remote work.We encourage all qualified to apply regardless of gender, ethnicity and functional ability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
