With many companies feeling overwhelmed by these demands, our cutting-edge AI technology is here to show them the way forward.Your Mission:As a Data Scientist / Data Engineer, you will lead the development of our AI pipeline, focusing on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) testing and using different foundational models and vector stores. Your work will involve building robust systems to support LLM observability, fine-tuning large models for specific use cases, and ensuring that our data-driven models continuously improve through iterative feedback mechanisms.What You’ll Do:Design, implement, and maintain our AI pipeline with a focus on RAG models, LLM fine-tuning, and observability.Develop and optimize data pipelines for data collection, pre-processing, and integration with large-scale machine learning models.Fine-tune foundational LLM models to align with specific business use cases and optimize their performance.Implement evaluation frameworks to assess LLM performance and ensure continuous improvement.Develop feedback loops to integrate real-time data and improve model accuracy and relevance over time.Build and maintain systems for LLM observability to monitor model behavior, performance, and errors.Work with product managers and engineers to define and prioritize AI features and capabilities.What We’re Looking For:3+ years of experience in Data Science, Data Engineering, or related fields, with a focus on machine learning pipelines and model deployment.Proven experience with LLMs and working on RAG models for AI-driven applications.Expertise in data collection, data processing, and developing robust data pipelines for machine learning.Hands-on experience with fine-tuning large models and building iterative training loops.Proficient programming skills in languages such as Python or TypeScript.Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for working with cutting-edge AI technologies.Familiarity with AI observability tools and techniques for monitoring model performance.Knowledge of evaluation metrics and frameworks for large models.Familiarity with Azure (Azure AI) and deploying AI models in production environments.What’s in It for You:Be part of an exciting AI-driven startup, working on solving challenging and meaningful problems.Competitive salary and equity optionsInnovative Environment: Work with groundbreaking AI technology and be part of a team that’s constantly pushing the envelope.Make a Real Impact: Your work will directly influence the sustainability and future-readiness of potentially over 45,000 companies.Flexible Working: Enjoy the benefits of flexible working hours and a hybrid work model that lets you balance life and work seamlessly.Collaborative Culture: Join a supportive, innovative team that values creativity, collaboration, and having fun along the way.Ready to Make a Difference?We’re not just looking for another developer—we’re looking for someone who’s as passionate about sustainability and AI as we are.
