We have a cloud-first strategy, and you will have the opportunity to be a part of technology and tooling decision-making processes in our team.The Cloud Platform Engineering team is working on the creation, organization, stabilization and optimization of on-prem and cloud infrastructure in Unzer, standardizing various systems used in Unzer environment. We are helping teams across the whole organization to create reliable and highly available architecture.What your work will look like:You will be working with terraform in AWS/GCP cloudsYou will be responsible for installing and administering Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL and MongoDB databasesYou will be responsible for gathering system requirements working together with application architects and ownersYou will discover standard cloud services offerings, install, and execute processes and standards for optimal use of cloud service provider offeringsYou will debug database performance as needed in accordance with best practicesYou will participate in on-call rotationWhat you need to be successful in this role:3+ years of experience working with databases in productionUnderstand and write clean readable terraform codeKnowing AWS, GCP is a plusYou have some understanding of Linux, networking concepts, and programming skills to write automation (Python or Golang, Bash)Please note that we will not sponsor your visa or relocation, and you must have a valid work permit to be eligible for this position.What’s next:Does it sound exciting? - Apply with your CV in English.
