Job Title: Customer Satisfaction SpecialistThe Customer Satisfaction Specialist is a key role within our team, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues in a timely manner.Daily Responsibilities:Implementing preventive and corrective actions to meet customer requirementsLeading cross-functional teams to meet customer expectationsPreparing, participating, and following up on customer auditsReviewing and analyzing audit results and customer requests/claimsParticipating in internal audits and new project evaluationsPerforming awareness and training activities according to customer requirementsMonitoring and updating KPIs related to customer satisfactionRequirements:Knowledge of international quality standards (ISO 9001 and ISO TS 16949)Understanding and application of quality tools (SPC, 8D, and FMEA)Customer-oriented approach with experience in the automotive industryStrong communication and analytical skillsProficiency in German and English languagesWhat We Offer:A challenging and varied job in a modern and fast-growing divisionA highly collegial working environment with opportunities for personal and professional growthHybrid working model with remote work optionsCompetitive compensation packageOngoing training and development opportunitiesAbout Us:We are Exide Technologies, an internationally leading provider of innovative battery storage solutions.
