Support Engineer - Deutsch / Englisch

Support Engineer - Digital Printing Industry - based in Germany, Düsseldorf (office/hybrid) Our client is a leading force in developing, manufacturing, and promoting cutting-edge printing solutions for the textile, garment, and apparel decorating sectors. You will provide professional 1st level remote technical support to customers experiencing issues related to printing solutions and application software over the phone and email using remote tools. Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software faults. Participate in support hotline coverage, including support during extended service hours according to a defined schedule. Promote the company’s service offerings such as service contracts, training, and maintenance programs among customers. Knowledge of personal computers, Microsoft Windows operating system, and Microsoft Office Products. ~ Required language skills: fluent in English and preferably German. Speaking additional languages (French, Spanish, Italian, Polish) are advantages.
