It is meant to provide an attractive career opportunity for employees who focus on managing projects and functional leadership of project team members.Your new responsibilities include:Manage embedded SW strategic projects with significant complexity, risk, reach and noticeable impact for parts of the company in a cross-divisional context.Manage a diverse project team with members of multiple functions across Infineon and a complex project structure.Understand system architecture for power conversion solutions, algorithms, software stack and system partitioning using industrial MCUs as controller.Manage a team of experts translating power conversion application requirements into requirements for the various subsystem’s components.Understand application requirements for digital power systems and the associated software libraries.Structure projects and ensure compliance.Lead others to solve complex problems; use sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions.Anticipate and proactively manage change while ensuring buy-in for change and deal with ambiguity.Lead team by empowering project managers of sub-projects to deliver on the project objectives considering cross-cultural location topics appropriately.Establish a communication framework and constantly ensure that all relevant information is provided in time to all levels of the project organization.Grow trusted relationships and a network with a broad base of internal and external stakeholders and actively manage their interests.Look at the bigger picture in order to identify challenges and work closely with your stakeholders to come up with solutions.You are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation, recognize and use different areas of expertise and skills of the team members. You strive for continuous improvement and promote an awareness for continuous quality in your area of work.
