The team fosters a culture of collaboration, support, and camaraderie, creating a positive and motivating work environment.You will report to our Sales Leader for Central-Europe, who provides guidance, support, and mentorship to help you excel in your role. The work setup at Nutanix is hybrid, allowing flexibility for remote work while also emphasizing the importance of face-to-face interactions. Employees are not required to be in the office every day but are encouraged to visit customers and partners when needed.As a member of the Public Sector Sales Team, you can expect to travel up to 40% of the time to meet with clients, attend conferences, and participate in networking events, enabling you to build strong relationships and drive business growth.Your RoleLead and manage a team of Field Account Managers in selling Nutanix's products and solutions in the Public SectorSet and achieve quarterly revenue goals, aligning with company aspirationsDevelop and maintain a strategy and business plan for the teamEngage with executive-level customers in the marketLead top deal reviews and manage the sales processIdentify, develop, and retain talented individuals in the teamContinuously educate oneself to upskill and stay informed about leadership, industry, and competitionPromote and uphold Nutanix's values of Hungry, Humble and Honest.What You Will BringPrevious sales leadership experience of 10+ peopleExperience managing cross-functional teams5+ years in software or cloud sales leadership positions5+ years in sales management focused on public sector verticalBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to develop and retain talented individualsContinuous learning and upskilling #J-18808-Ljbffr
