VP of Finance (f/m/d)

As VP of Finance, you'll lead our financial strategy and operations, overseeing accounting, tax, monthly reporting, cash flow, and budget planning. Acting as a strategic partner, you'll provide insights and recommendations to drive smart decisions and support Les Lunes' growth ambitions.About the TeamThe finance team at Les Lunes plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and ensuring financial health. By managing everything from budgeting and forecasting to performance tracking, they provide crucial insights that empower decision-making and strategic initiatives. Their work supports our mission to scale sustainably while maintaining operational efficiency.Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead statutory accounting and tax reporting, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all financial documentation.Own and deliver monthly financial performance reports to management and shareholders.Monitor business performance closely, guiding and collaborating with teams to drive key business initiatives forward.Monitor cash balance and prepare periodic forecasts to ensure effective liquidity management.Drive the preparation of the annual budget, collaborating with other teams to create a cohesive and achievable budget aligned with our business strategy.Independently lead critical business projects, collaborating seamlessly across functions.Lead a team of 3-4 team members (accounting, controlling).Experience: Minimum of 8 years in finance-related roles (e.g., audit, controlling, consulting), including experience in a team leadership capacity.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of statutory accounting processes and tax regulations.
