Our productOur software enables cloud-based collaboration among electronics designers, manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers in the trillion-dollar electronics industry. Rather than digitizing individual processes in isolation, we enable all stakeholders to collaborate seamlessly and in real time within the Luminovo platform. Work setupYou can join our team remotely, or in an on-site/hybrid setup close to our HQ in Munich. Please note that either way, there will be instances where travel is required (industry events, customer meetings, team events). Travel expenses will of course be covered by us. Whom you’ll be working with Mark, our Head of Marketing and your Manager Laura and Nils, your peers in the Marketing Team Iva, our Revenue Operations Manager Sebastian and Timon, our Founders Patrick and Inga, just to name a few Luminerds from our Sales Team Our Product Team, to fully understand our product roadmap, potential constraints, and share product-related customer feedback Performance objectivesAs our next Product Marketing Manager, you will take on different challenges which fall into the following areas:Go-to-market enablement Be in the driver’s seat of our product’s go-to-market strategy. Define and execute the strategy and make sure everyone from the revenue department is on board. Create compelling sales and marketing collateral, including pitch decks, product briefs, and demo scripts that showcase our solutions. Train sales teams on how to position and sell products effectively. Product positioning and messaging Define and execute the positioning, messaging, and create narratives to make technical features attractive to our future customers. Ensure that all product messaging is accurate and presented in a way that resonates with our customers, highlighting the value proposition and benefits. Product launches Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment with internal teams and external stakeholders. Collaborate with customers to co-market our products and drive awareness through joint campaigns, events, and customer success stories. Product strategy and feedback Collaborate with product teams to understand the product roadmap, providing insights into customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics. Thought leadershipEstablish yourself as a thought leader in the Luminovo ecosystem by presenting at industry events, participating in webinars, and creating content that highlights the power of our products. Skills, knowledge, and expertise We are very active in the DACH region and are expanding throughout Europe and North America. Therefore, being fluent in German and English is a must. Any additional languages are a big plus. You have relevant experience in enterprise software sales, pre-sales, consulting, or marketing. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy crafting product messaging and content. What we promise We greatly value psychological safety and honest feedback. To maintain a transparent and fair approach to compensation, the salary ranges for all positions are determined based on market benchmarks and a comprehensive leveling framework.For this role, German salary ranges from €60,000 to €84,000 + virtual stock options, depending on the leveling we’ll establish with you throughout the hiring process.
