We are looking for a Lead Engineer (x/f/m) to head a new user-centric, cross-business product development team in Berlin/remote to helps us bring Flightright to the next level in regards of customer-lifetime driven growth. Your mission You spearhead and concept the development of a new service architecture connecting multiple business services to a You continuously align with business and product-owner to provide the highest possible business value related to the invested development budget You develop, deploy, maintain, and optimize best-practice API-services and frontend applications applying cutting edge DevOps principles You guide, mentor and coach a new development team together with the CTO You uphold agile practices resulting in lean and value contributing development cycles You continuously learn and stay cutting edge in regards of news, research and frameworks relevant for your mission You contribute your knowledge and passion to the tech-architecture circle, the complete tech-community and herald your pillar of expertise within the organization Your profile 7+ years productive relevant hands-on software development experience within our tech-stack: React/next.js with Javascript/Typescript Springboot/Java Testing frameworks (Junit, cypress, selenium) Gitlab/Github DevOps (Terraform) Relevant Cloud-Services from AWS/Azure like Lamdba/Function, RDS, IAM, etc. (optional) agile Software like Jira/Confluence (optional) Camunda and BPM related process-engines Expierience with real agile development, ideal certified SCRUM Master or ProductOwner Highly business value driven mindset (optional) XP with mentoring and/or building highly effective remote dev-teams English, (optional) German Why us?
